How to export to Media Encoder running on a different computer

How do you configure Premier Pro to export to a media encoder running on a different computer?  We have several folks creating content in Premier Pro, and have a central computer running Media Encoder with watch folders.  The watch folders work fine, however I can't figure out what the workflow is in Premier Pro to be able to export to those watch folders.
