How to Find and Fix Corrupted Sequences

Hi there, I'm working on a film in Productions on 25.4.1 and the Production project is around 188gb and around a year old. We are experiencing some glitches and are wondering if it could be caused by a corrupt sequence, because this project has gone through many iterations and I have heard that can lead to corruption over time. Is there any way to easily find out which sequence is corrupted? We have hundreds of sequences and some people say that corrupted sequences can work normally and still be corrupted. Thanks so much!
