How to fine tune vertical position after using auto frame in premiere pro

I can't seem to be able to adjust the vertical offset of a single keyframe after using auto frame. I can adjust the horizontal offset and the speed of each transition though.

Using the image as a guidance, when I click on the 460.2 for example it moves a single keyframe left/right(horizontally). If I move the 1058.0 it speeds up or slows down the transition. But when I go to the Reframe Offset, it changes the vertical offset for the entire frame. How can I do that for a single keyframe? Thanks!
