How to fix: A low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (Player 5)

I tried all that youtube and this forum had to offer: Reinstall, clear cache, tried to render (does not work) and installed a previous Premiere Pro version, but nothing helped. 

It worked fine for a day, but suddenly the problem occurred, and I couldn't see anything anymore. 

Please help!
