How to fix heat distortion on video

Hi There.
Is there any way to fix heat distortion on video. I know this is a long shot But I need this for my bird videos that has been recorded from a long distance with 900mm .

    A lot of the distortions due to heat are similar to rolling shutter, I have not tried it but look at this:

    You cannot fix thermal aberration.

    It is part of nature.
