How to fix sequence setting mismatch in elements

Newbie!!!!

I'm receiving the error message Sequence Settings Mismatch in Premiere Elements 2026 as I start working on a video a friend sent me. Most of the articles/videos I find about the best way to fix it only apply to Pro, not Elements. Any suggestions?
