How to fix slow framerate in exported videos

I am new to editing on adobe premier pro, but I've edited 3 videos before and when I exported the video the resolution quality was amazing! But now on my 4th video it's choppy in both the editing and the exported video. I watched a youtube video earlier about making a sequence, although I wasn't sure what it does, I made a sequence a few days ago and I'm not sure what I did. I think I lowered the quality of all the videos and now I'm not sure how to fix it. When I look at my videos in the "library" the quality is great, but when I watch the video in the editing screen it comes out choppy. It is not because of my playback resolution, I have selected full after it was at 1/4 to see if that was my issue, and it's not the issue since the export is choppy as well.

In my new edited video I have included footage from my iphone, so maybe this could be a factor.

I don't know how to fix the quality of my videos in the editing, but I must have done something wrong.

This software is new to me so I apologize if I am not making sense.

Please post the info as requested by Sumeet.  But you mention that your video includes material shot on an iphone.  Iphone footage is always variable frame rate which can cause issues in premiere that are intermittent and are impossible to predict.  May or not be causing the issues you describe, but here's how to diagnose and fix this issue:

use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate setting the quality slider in the video panel to maximum
https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake

Hi Avery5F98,

We're sorry to hear about this. We can get this checked. Please share a screenshot of the media properties window, sequence settings & export settings. It will help us to diagnose the issue properly.

Thanks,

Sumeet
