how to fix the problem - import video

This is my first time to use premiere.

i import my video but... it looks like the video not support the file

the video was made by gopro hero6

    Hi Jeremy,

    If you have Intel Graphics card try to install driver version 15.60.2.4901 and restart the machine or you can go to File menu in Premiere Pro>Project settings>General and switch the Renderer to "Software only" Mode
