How to generate Czech subtitles from audio?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to generate subtitles automatically from a video I recorded in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I can’t find Czech as an available language in the “Speech to Text” or caption generation settings.

Is there any way to automatically generate Czech subtitles from the video maybe through an additional language pack, workaround, or integration with another tool?
