I need help. I was working on a project in the Adobe Premiere Pro app, and the software is not responding, so how do I get Adobe Premiere Pro to work again when it is not responding?

The Adobe Premiere Pro on my computer kept on freezing and it kept on giving me messages that said "Adobe Premiere Pro is not responding." So how am I going to fix that?
