how to get browser to default to sort by clip name?

how can i get the browser to sort always by clip name by default

currently it sorts by some sort of "user order" which really just jumbles everything up in a seemingly random way.

im sure to someone out there, this makes perfect sense, but to me it doesnt,  i just want it to default to sort according to clip name (because that is the order in which i shot it) and have this other sort mode switched off permanently, never to be seen again
