How to I get my iPad Screen Record Footage to FullHD

Hello, I'm new to the Adobe Premiere App and to its community, so I hope my question isn't too stupid. 🙂

I screen recorded an Intro to a shortmovie im doing on Procreate on my iPad. When I got the footage onto Adobe Premiere, it seems to be the wrong resolution. I tried to render the clip with Media Encoder but still it's really "pixelish". Do I have to screen record the footage from my iPad in a different way or is it just a different setting on Adobe Premiere that I have to use?
