How to import a .prtranscript file into Premiere Pro

I'm attempting to import a .prtranscript file into my Premiere project.  I asked the editor on her NLE to send a transcript in this format, thnking it will import seemlessly into the text panel and be a lot more readable than the generic .txt file.  This was not the case.  I could impport the .txt file (and it opens in a standalone window in Premiere) but I was not able to import the .prtranscript file - it was grayed out.  Nor did importing the folder it was in work.  So, what is the purpose of the .prtranscript file if one cannot even import it?

    I have been looking for instructions on how to import a prtranscript file, as lori_petersen_waite asked, above, and I can't find those instructions.

     

    Do they exist?
