How to import unsupported audio codecs?

I am using FFMPEG to convert files for use in Premiere. I have converted the container to MP4 so that the video track can be imported, but I still am having trouble getting the audio to import.

Audio info is as follows.

Format : MLP FBA 16-ch
Commercial name : Dolby TrueHD with Dolby Atmos
Codec ID : A_TRUEHD
Duration : 2 h 14 min
Bit rate mode : Variable
Bit rate : 4 030 kb/s
Maximum bit rate : 5 523 kb/s
Channel(s) : 8 channels
Format/Info : Meridian Lossless Packing FBA with 16-channel presentation

How can I convert this audio to a format that premiere accepts without losing quality?

I also have DTX-XLL audio from another video that I wish to import, however this has not imported successfully either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe "pcm_s16le" is a good choice
