How to insert frame hold segment on just 1 clip?

Hi all,
I'm using the "insert frame hold segment" effect a lot in a project i am working on, however I'd like to only apply this effect to the video track only.

Currently when I apply it it also splits the audio track (even when I only select the video track only), and it also spits all other clips or layers if I do it.

So what I have been doing is taking the clip to the end of the timeline and splitting it there so nothing else is effected, however when I do this it's very time consuming, hoping there is a shortcut to only apply it to the video without having to do all this extra work.

Any help would be great,

Thanks to the reply Jim, I was choosing the wrong option I should have been choosing "Frame Hold" instead of "insert frame hold segment".

I have to agree with Jim... I use the frame hold if what I'm doing is simple and FH works... there are cases where it can behave in a funky manner... it escapes me offhand but it's something like you create a hold and try to transition to another sequence, or some such, and it doesn't behave the right... like there's a dip to blank instead of a transition. I can't recall but I know I've seen it several times... I expect a frame old to behave just as a still for that frame but it seems to have a life of its own in some contexts.
