how to key a flag with matte file

I want to key a flag on a video which i have downloaded from a stock video web site. the folder consists of two files; 1. video with white background, 2. b/w luma matte file of the flag.

 

I tried all key effects but couldn't get a succesfull result. I need urgent help. Thank you 🙂

Have you tried the track matt key? Put the flag on V1, the luma matt on V2. Add the track matt key to V1 and select V2 as the source and luma as the key.
