How to make a power hour: 1 hour with one video each minute

Hi,

I'm new at Premiere Pro and my goal is to make a video with a music video montage (a power hour if you know what that is). When one minut has passed by a short clip will say 'Drink' and then play a music video until one minute has passed by, and then it will be repreated for the whole hour. How do I make this as easy as possible? Time-stamps, cut multiple videos at once?
