how to make something move in a video ? In the 2021 adobe premiere version. Option effect change ?

Hey guys, I got one question.

Does option effect change recently ?

To make something move in a video it was very easy. You mark the position of this thing and then you go after to the time line, you move the stuff and mark it again.

Then in the video it moves, because it follow the marks.

Very basic stuff. I use it all the time.

Recently I download the 2021 version and I can't mark anything in "option effect"

I can only mark the speed for some reason.

In "opacity" and "position" there is nothing ! I can't mark it.

Do you know how I can do that, please ?
