How to match sequence with clip (CS4)

I'm new to Premiere Pro. Now i'm using Premiere Pro CS4,

I have a problem, when i create sequence, and then i drag and drop my clip to timeline, my clip dimension is not fit with Program Monitor.

I think my sequence it not match with clip. How to make it same? Same in framerate and same in dimension.
