How to move preview frame

Hi all. I used to be able to do this but cannot for the life of me find the reasources to help. I'm trying to create a mask and need to be precises where it goes, so I zoom in but cannot move my frame to where I'm trying to go for the mask. What do I need to do?

Use the Hand tool to move around the frame, switch back to the Selection tool when done moving. Also, if you have a middle-mouse button, you can click and drag with that (no need to select the Hand).
