How to move vertical and horizontal zoomed picture in the Program window

Hi!

Help me please.

In old versions of Premiere (up to 2023) there was an option to move vertical and horizontal zoomed picture in the Program window. I can't find how to do the same in modern versions (2024 & 2025).

In the newest 25.x, click the Program monitor wrench icon, select "Show scroll bars".

And if you tap on the H key ("hand") for the keyboard short, then click on the image, you can drag it around.
