How to programmatically assign an Audio Type to an audio clip & duck music?

Is there a way to programmatically assign an Audio Type (e.g. Dialogue, Music, etc) to an audio clip, and apply ducking?

Here is the scenario:

  1. I have one audio clip in Track 1, and one audio clip in Track 2.
  2. In the "Essential Sounds" panel, I can assign the clip in Track 1 as Dialogue, and the clip in Track 2 as Music.
  3. I can then apply Ducking to the Music clip, click on the "Generate Keyframes" button, and the Music clip will automatically be ducked against the Dialogue clip.

I can do this with the User Interface, but Is there a way to do this programmatically?

Thanks!
