How to re-transcribe in the new text-based editing workflow?

I've made transcriptions in the wrong language, so I want to redo them. And I also just found out how to to transcribe just the parts of clips that are actually used in my edit, so I want to do it the right way now. But I can't see an option to re-transcribe or delete the old transcriptions.

Is there a way?

Ah, never mind. Found it. It's under the three dots and then "Generate text-based editing transcript".

Oh, sorry, I thought I was in the Premiere Pro forum. It's for Premiere Pro. But I found the answer.

Oh, and another thing (apparently I can't edit my question, that's why I'm asking in a reply): how do you select the language? All I can find is that you can select it the moment you import the clips and you have them auto-transcribed. But how do you do it for clips that are already in your project?
