How to Remove Double White Line Border

Hi,

 

Somehow,  a double white line border was applied to all of my timeline clips and I've been unable to  to remove it.   Any suggestions on how to remove this would be much appreciated.

If you click the menu wrench below the program monitor try turning off 'Safe Margins'
