How to remove grain from my keyed footage?

I have just keyed some footage as part of a project I am working on, but grain appears on the forehead/sides of my subject due to poor lighting. How can I fix this? I keep using the "Change to Colour" function but this is the best I can key it.

I would appreciate help as soon as possible. Thank you!

Hi fawadz,

Do you have access to After Effects? There is a built in Remove Grain effect there. See if that works for you.
