How to remove the glowy edges on the skin or whatever?

You had perhaps a bit of smudged area on the lens or something, that's flared a bit. It's difficult to fix.

So maybe someone can give some suggestions for at least making it less bad. Past applying a masked instance of Lumetri on the area around the hand, with a softly feathered edge, and darkening the whites/highlights there some.
