How to remove the inversion in the Position?

Could you share more information?

• What is your media size?
• What is your anchor point set to?
• What is your sequence size?
• Are you using any other effects?

A screenshot showing a larger area would also be helpful.

I just tried it with the sample footage, and it works as expected. Have you tried resetting preferences? Press Shift at launch for the option. Note that you will lose some customizations you have made. I hope that works.
