How to reset sign-in Frame.io panel in Adobe PP

Hi,

 

Is there a way to reset the frame.io panel if I made a wrong selection? Currently whenever I load the frame.io panel its just spinning until I get an error (see screenshot). Is it possible to reset the settings so I can start the sign in process again (see screenshot). I've tried reinstalling Adobe PP and that did not help. Thanks in advance.

I was looking at the Frame.io issues yesterday, and saw your post.

 

What version of PR are you running? You are in the Frame.io panel used before the latest version. 

 

I think you are encountering a problem with the sign in. In PR 24.0.0, once you click sign in, it says "Please continue in the browser." You must switch to your browser, and log in there. In PR 25.3.0, it just says "Waiting for login," with a spinning indicator. Eventually this times out, and goes back to the panel with the login options. If you wait too long before switching to the browser, it starts the login, but then fails. At least once (in PR 2025), it automatically switched to the browser.

 

The following is what I observed, and I do not know how reliable the information will be depending on the version of PR and version of Frame.io.

 

I am on PR 25.3.0, and the layout has changed. The legacy panel is Version 2.21.0 (click the account icon). The V4 panel is Version 1.0.21 (bottom right of the panel). The panels can be accessed separately by Window -> Frame.io, or V4 by switching to the Review Workspace.

 

In PR 24.0.0, Frame.io is accessed through Window -> "Review with Frame.io" or by switching to the Review Workspace. Login with Adobe account throws an error, but once you close the panel and reopen, does log you in to a V4 account. I upgraded my account to a V4 yesterday, using my Adobe login. I was able to log in to my V3 account even though I have upgraded to a V4 type account with my Adobe login. I had originally created an account with a different email. Both versions appear to run through Panel Version 2.16.0.

Hi Peter,

 

We're sorry to hear about this. Is the frameio panel still not loading? If so, please try signing out of Premiere Pro/Creative Cloud app and signing in again to check if it's working properly. Let us know if it helps.
