How to Reset Workspaces? Specifically for "Titles".

There seems to be no solution to such a simple issue. I just want it reverted back to default. Seems to be impossible.

Windows/Workspaces/Reset to Saved Layout (Alt-shift-0) normally does this. If not, deleting preference files will.
