How to resize the second playback display when using dual monitors?

I've recently upgraded my setup and now have two monitors, I want to use one for displaying playback full screen and have done the whole Preferences > Playback > Monitor selection thing but the image isn't full screen, its awkwardly sized on the bottom right of my second monitor and I can't figure out how to move or resize it - does anyone know how to fix this?

    I got your message. I hope you're doing well. Sorry, you have not gotten a response from the community yet. Have you solved the issue, or are you still having problems? Have you tried 23.6 yet? If not, try it and let us know if it works better. I hope the community can assist you.

    Hi Kevin,

     

    I've received no response and am still having the issue, my Premiere Pro is also up to date so can't really do anything there. Would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice!!
