How to rotate a Video

Hello, everyone,

i am looking for an attitude that i had found before but just can't find anymore.

I want to rotate a video by 90°, BUT not with the effect settings. I shot the video in portrait format, but the picture only makes sense in landscape. When I rotate it with the effect settings, I have black at the top and bottom, and left and right are cut off.

So I want to rotate the whole working area, I know I can, but I just can't find the setting anymore. Can you please help me there? In all the videos I've watched, it's just that the same video is inserted on the left and right with a soft focus, but I'm not looking for that.
