How to rotate a video about z-axis in premier pro?

I have a raw footage with green screen. The green screen in video is angled at 45 degree to camera. I have to adjust second footage so that it get fitted in that angled blank area where I have applied ultra key effect.

One way to do this is to go to effects/video effects/perspective and choose the 'basic 3D' plugin and drag that to the video that will be key'd in, so not the video with the green screen. The plugin will have a 'tilt' and 'swivel' option that will let you rotate about the z axis.
