How to select which clip I want to move when I use syncronize?

Hello.

I see sometimes one or more clips in sequence not synchronized with others. This may be for various reasons and I want to synchronize them. I select two clips to do this and synchronize command in the right mouse button menu. But almost all the time Premiere Pro makes slight shift to the right synchronized clip but not for wrong clip. Of course two of clips synchronized with each other but not with all clips left! And now I have two not synchronized clips instead of one.

In the picture above I tried to synchronize two clips which selected. Small one have desync with whole sequence clips but Premiere Pro all the time moves big one after synchronize command. Can I handle it?

Premiere Pro doesn't offer the editor a choice of which clips to move.

But I've read where the clip whose head is earliest in the sequence will be the one that doesn't move.
