How to set Premier to include original folder when importing?

The newest version of Premier shows the subfolder imported rather than the folder dragged into the projectl window. Any one know how to fix this? The old version of Premier would show the original folder, not the subfolder.

Hey jensenvideo,

Welcome to the community, and sorry for the issue. Currently, Premiere Pro does not preserve folder structures if they do not contain any media. Please upvote this feature request on the UserVoice link here. Also, please take a look at this workaround that Ann shared.
