How to set "RTL Typing" as default for .srt imports?

Hello.
When I import an .srt file in a foreign language (I.e; Arabic, He etc.)
When the file is in the timeline - It will show question marks and сommas first, then it will show the rest of the sentence.
 
If I press the Right to Left button, the order will correct itself. I'm wondering if there's a way to have it pre-set by default that whenever I load an .srt file and drag it to the timelines, the captions are automatically Right-To-Left?

Important mention: The text itself is fine, but the "direction'/Alignment" by default is set left-to-right

Meaning, a sentence in Hebrew, Example : "אני? לא חושב שזה בסדר שזה ככה, אבל מה אני אשם,

הרי אני סך הכל בן אדם."

The dot, comma and question mark should always be at the end of the word (sentence) and not as the first charahter.
