It looks like your sound effect is not long enough. Either strech it out, possibly changing the pitch, or put a cut in a beefy part of it (before it starts to tail off) and then put the clip again next to it, to extend the length. Put a quick  audio dissolve between the two (or three) cuts.

The gun sound effect is not long enough also:

You may want to post in the Audition forum to see if they have ideas for audio effects on the gun shots which match the movement.
