This is primarily a user to user forum, with oversight from Product Support. Occasionallly an engineer will pop in but not on most threads. Some do 'monitor' this forum.

 

The UserVoice that Ann posted is THE way to get something directly to the engineers. Everything posted there goes immediately into the engineer's systems, and is logged into normally by at least one if not two devs.

 

Plus all U-V posts go up to the upper managers, well above the teams, who determine budgets by metrics. And this is the one place users can directly influence those metrics.
