How to share Premiere Pro file with all its components?

I need to send my Premiere Pro file to someone.  I included it with all of the video, audio and graphics files in a zip file and sent it to the person.  I can open the PP file and view all of its components intact.  However, when the other person opens the PP file, it says that the files are offline and missing.  What do I need to do to ensure that all of the components are linked and viewable by someone else?

They should be re-linkable by the new person (linking the project to the files; it's usually a matter of pointing to the FIRST file in the new folder hierarchy, and PPro will find everything else relative to that first one).

That's something the other editor would handle.
