How to stop pixelation/aliasing when scaling text?

This is a weird issue where I have a workaround but would like an answer for how to solve the problem. I've got some text in Premiere Pro (font is League Gothic) and I had it scaled to 174, but it appeared a little blurry and pixelated. I thought this was just something that would be fixed once it's exported in full res but it persisted there too. I've managed to solve this issue by increasing the font size instead of scaling but would like to know if there was a way to stop the pixelation when scaling text, treating the text as a vector rather than an image I suppose. I've got an image of the pixelated text in question. It might not look that bad but it's noticeable when full screen.

a way to stop the pixelation when scaling

Never scale above 100%.  Below is fine, never above.

Looks fine to me: your background is quite grainy.

Dont scale text in the Effect controls but set in the Titler to the desired size.
