How to sync captions speed with video and audio tracks speed?

Hi,

I am currently experiencing a very annoying issue in Adobe Premiere Pro where, after speeding up a video clip, the subtitles (or captions) do not speed up along with the video. I have tried linking the subtitles to the video clip, but this does not seem to resolve the issue.

Could you please provide guidance on how to ensure that subtitles adjust their timing automatically when the speed of the associated video clip is changed?
