How to sync gun shot with music

I just started editing and i can't find a very good quality video that actually explain how to sync gun shot with music. could someone provide me a text or a better tutorial video.

    Perhaps you are looking for a way to edit to a beat, gun shots to the beat, try using automate to secuence, play your music on a timeline,  and just press M key to ad a marker on every beat of the music and you can ad every gun shoot to the marker manually or select them all and automate to secuence by using the icon in the project panel.
