How to turn off Track Select Forward

So ... I hit 'A' to turn on Track Select Forward.

Then I drag the clips to the right to make space.

Now, how do I turn off Track Select Forward so I can go back to doing regular work?

I've been just shutting it down and re-opening it, but there must be a better way.
