How to use Adobe Premiere Pro without it accessing all my computers memory?
I need a way to use the software without it needing access to everything. When the software starts it asks for permission to access everything and doesn't allow me to continue unless it gets what it wants. I don't understand why that's necessary and I'll probably move on to a competitor if it can't be used without this. I used to edit on Premiere Pro four/five years ago without this being an issue. Now, all my files show up, which is chaotic and confusing, I can't import what i want, bit by bit, and have the clips organised how I'd like. It's an editing software, why does it need every single document on my laptop to function? It's unnerving and feels like there's some alterior motive behind it because it doesn't improve the functioning of the product as editing software. It makes it worse. But if there's a way to use it without this messy, invasion of privacy, that would be great.
Any suggestions would be appreciated otherwise I'll cancel my subscription.
