How to use images from Firefly for video

I asked this in Firefly but was told it was a Premier Pro question. I have a short piece of music, 3 1/2 minutes, to which I would like to add stills generated with Firefly. These would need to be timed to fit with the changes in the music. This file would then be uploaded into Dorico to create the music video. I confess I am a rank beginner with Firefly. Instructions would need to be pretty sequential. I am using a Windows system is that makes a difference.
