How to use Multicam Edit for Zoom meetings (switch between Split and Full Screen) w/ name graphics?

I want to record Zoom meetings and edit them on Premiere Pro. I want to edit it kind of like in the video which you can watch below at about 35 seconds in:



The screen switches from split screen to full screen, and both the split screen and full screen has its own set of name graphics, borders etc.

How can I achieve this as quickly as possible on Premiere Pro? Can I apply graphics to the split screen view and the full screen view and then use Multicam Editing to switch between both views quickly?

Any help would be truly appreciated.
