How we can find any AE Effects for Premiere pro? 

Is there any website or way to find all Effects (which are already in After Effects) for premiere pro as presets?

I'm not sure I understand.

Do you want to find effects that are in both Ae and Pr?

Do you want to find plugins for Ae that also work in Pr?

Something else?

I am talking about effects not plugins.

Everything you are saying has a better name: Dynamic Link. In this way you will be able to use all the After Effects effects directly inserted as a composition in the Premiere Pro sequence, and if you need to make an adjustment you can do it just as easily.

By dynamic link, we cannot see or edit the effects inside premiere pro. So dynamic is not working for this case.
