Given the power supply limitation of 180 watts in your HP 280 G4 MT, you'll need to consider a low-profile or low-power graphics card that doesn't require additional power connectors. Here are a few options suitable for Premiere Pro 2020 that are designed to operate within power-constrained environments:

  1. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Low Profile: The low-profile variant of the GTX 1650 doesn't require external power connectors and provides decent performance for video editing tasks in Premiere Pro without drawing too much power.

  2. AMD Radeon RX 550: Another low-power option, the RX 550, is suitable for basic video editing and offers support for hardware acceleration in Premiere Pro.

  3. NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030: A low-profile, power-efficient card that can handle video editing tasks in Premiere Pro, especially at lower resolutions and with less demanding projects.

These graphics cards are specifically chosen for their low power consumption and compatibility with systems having limited PSU capacity. They might not offer high-end performance for extremely demanding tasks, but they should serve well for basic to moderate video editing in Premiere Pro 2020 on your HP 280 G4 MT.

Before purchasing any GPU, ensure it physically fits within your system's case and verify compatibility with your motherboard and power supply connectors. While seeking a suitable graphics card for Premiere Pro 2020 on your HP 280 G4 MT with a 180-watt PSU, it's advisable to explore options highlighted in tech reviews or gaming magazines in Kolkata or similar publications.

Nothing that's meaningfully faster or more powerful than your current integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630, I'm afraid. You see, every single discrete GPU that's sufficiently worthwhile requires a 450W or higher PSU just to even run at all. And those discrete GPUs that work off of a PSU that low in wattage are all severe downgrades (performance- and/or support-wise) from your current integrated graphics.

I feel sad about this... it can edit but its very slow and it crashes a lot especially when I use templates. It works just ok though with simple editing but the templates from websites like motionarray.com are very good though and will save me a lot of time but for one project it crashes a lot...
