HP Z Book not running Premiere V26

I have a Hp Z Book running Windows 11 (23H2) Graphics Card is a Quadro T1000 Processors i7 9850 16Gb Ram with 2xSSDs its comes up as not Compatible with Premiere V26. I have a HP Z840 Workstation running Win 10 and its fine on V26. I gather my only option is to upgrade Windows 24H2 but not sure if that would help. Anyone else have this problem.
