HSL Curves Eye Dropper Not Working with 13.1 Update

Hi, Before the update, I was able to select a range with the eye dropper, but now the eye droppers are non-responsive and I have to add the points manually which kind of defeats the brilliance of having the HSL Curves.  I am running MacOS 10.13.6 on Mac Pro (Late 2013). Is this a known issue or is anyone else having the issue? Does updating to Mojave fix the issues?
