I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Premiere Pro, where the application is repeatedly shutting down. This problem has been ongoing for approximately one week. I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.

• make sure you update to the latest version.
•  clear the media cache 
• reset preferences
